Can't watch it at school.. But thanks for posting this Mr. Harris! I can't wait to watch this at home! But for it to be a DECENT comment I did SOME research on lucid dreaming not long ago. But Basically it starts when you have a dream and you realize it's a dream. Or it starts when you go from a "waking state" in to a dreaming state without a lapse in consciousness. Logically, you could benefit from lucid dreaming if you suffer from chronic nightmares because if you could control your dreams (dreams include nightmares) then you could make it... not a nightmare?
